Custom Bridal Slippers
Orders generally ship within 7-10 BUSINESS days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping is via USPS Mail and takes an additional 2-5 days. Rush Orders MAY be available for an additional fee which is dependent upon the number of items ordered.
Custom Orders (items are created to your specifications), I cannot issue a refund, accept returns or exchanges. If I make a mistake, I will gladly send out a corrected item right away at no charge. I will provide pre paid shipping label to ship the original item back to me.
●✿● If it is embroidered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect information, this is also non refundable.
ALL Rush Orders and Rush Order Fees including shipping are NON Refundable.
●✿● If you request to return on a non custom or personalized item it must arrive in the same selling condition as shipped. Shipping fee, Insurance, and tracking # will be required at your cost. Refund, minus original shipping fee, will be issued once I receive the item in the same conditions it was originally packed and shipped to you. Please note that if there is no insurance on your return package and it gets lost or damaged in the mail I can not issue a refund.
●✿● If your package arrives damaged take photos of the damaged package. If the content inside the package is damaged take a photo of the items as well. I will need these photos for the insurance claim.
●✿● If your tracking # indicated that movement of the package has stopped or the package is DELIVERED and you did not receive the package, buyer and seller both will need to file a claim to open an investigation with USPS or UPS. Investigations can take 30 to 45 days. The buyer will also be required to sign an affidavit stating that they did not receive the package. This is required by the third party insurance provider.

●✿● It is very important that you know your size before ordering. Once the item has been embroidered it is non-refundable or exchangeable. you can email me with any questions or concerns prior to ordering.
●✿● Please review your custom/personalization information before submitting your order. Carefully check spelling, dates, names, and other details needed to complete the order. Please make sure all information such as Font Selection, Thread Color, Embroidery Location (if options are given), and other requests are included. You are welcome to contact us via Convo (email/phone/text) if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. To avoid missing information I am happy to set up a Custom Listing for you. I keep all business within email/text convo as it is a more timely organized method of obtaining and storing the information for your order.

●✿● Garment and Thread Color appearances will vary on individual computer monitors so the actual items and thread colors will vary slightly from the computer image. When selecting thread colors please use the thread # and not thread color by name (example: Aqua, Coral, Green, Dark Red, Tan, Pink). If you do not know the thread color used in a display image you may request the same color as used in display image and I can look up the color #.
Embroidered items can not be exchanged or refunded/replaced. If a thread color # is not selected or any other information is missing I will Email if no contact # has been given to obtain the needed information. If I have not gotten a reply within 12 business days I will cancel the order and issue a full refund. A new order can be placed at anytime.
